Immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation experience at Nordic Escape with our Sauna and cold plunge session tailored for one to six individuals. This rejuvenating session includes a cozy fire, sweat towels, a convenient outside changing area, hangers for your clothes, and sauna hats to enhance your comfort. Embrace the Nordic tradition of alternating between heat and cold for a truly invigorating wellness retreat. Get ready to unwind, detox, and reset your mind and body at Nordic Escape. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in this exclusive wellness experience today! Please note--when booking sessions, you are not booking to share the sauna, you are solely booking for your group to have the sauna. When you book a group session, you will not have to share the sauna with anyone other than those you booked a session with. What should you bring to a session at Nordic Escape? --Please wear anything you feel comfortable getting sweaty and wet. Swim suits are preferred, but shorts, tank tops, or other athletic attire work as well. --Towel to sit on. We will provide sweat towels. --A change of clothes for after the session. --Water for hydration throughout the session. --Please note there is no bathroom on-site, so please plan accordingly. --For larger groups, please try to carpool as parking is limited --You will receive an email the day of your session with all the details of your session, so please be on the look for that
Cancellation Policy
Must be 18 years and older to use our services. You can get a full refund if you cancel 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you cancel after 12 hours, you will not be refunded. If you want to reschedule, we can accommodate you rescheduling. If you choose to cancel that rescheduled appointment, you will not be refunded your money. If you need to change how many individuals are attending the scheduled session, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. If you are adding individuals to your scheduled session an invoice will be sent. If someone on your session is unable to attend & you are unable to fill the slot, you can get refunded if we know 12 hours before your session starts.
